About the scholarship
Skoltech is an international
technological university of a new type. Combining world-class education with

This University provides fully funded scholarships for international applicants in 2025/26. Application Process and requirements
Two-round
process

Round One:
Consists of completing an online admissions application. Applicants
should consult the Skoltech requirements to ensure they meet all required
deadlines and submit all essential materials such as:
- Online Application
- Personal statement/Motivation letter (in English)
- Resume (in English)
- Two letters of recommendation
- Diploma and/or current transcript
- Optional IELTS/TOEFL (You can submit a letter confirming that you taught using English as the medium of instruction)

Round Two: consists of online testing, Round Three is “Selection
Weekend”.
