The Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers scholarships
for international students from non-EU countries to pursue undergraduate,
master's, and PhD studies in Romania. This fully funded program provides
support for tuition, accommodation, and a monthly stipend to help cover living
expenses.

Must be Non-EU Citizen.

Meet the academic
·
Must have Romanian language certificate with
minimum B1 or you must study the language first in ordered to benefit from the
scholarship.
