About the Scholarship
The Transilvania Academica Scholarship is a competition designed for international students from non-EU or non-EEA countries. The scholarship aims to attract talented students to study at Transilvania University and foster a group of “Ambassadors” who will enhance the university's international visibility.
Benefits
The scholarship offers the following benefits:
- Tuition Fees: Covers all tuition fees, including registration and graduation fees.
- Accommodation: Free accommodation in the university’s dormitories, including during holidays.
- Monthly Allowance: 800 lei (approximately 170 USD), provided monthly including holidays.
- Travel and Visa Expenses: Travel expenses and visa costs for Romania are the responsibility of the candidate.

Requirements
- Application Form: Complete the online application form as detailed in the Application File section.
- Documents Required (all in .pdf format):
- Curriculum Vitae (highlighting outstanding achievements)
- Motivation Letter (maximum one page)
- Three Letters of Recommendation (supporting outstanding results)
- Language: All documents must be submitted in English.
- Eligibility: Open to international students from non-EU and non-EEA countries who meet the admission requirements for their desired program.

- Registration: 17.02.2025 – 25.04.2025
- Evaluation of Files: 28.04.2025 – 28.05.2025
- Announcement of Selected Candidates: 02.06.2025 (via email)
- Selection Criteria: The evaluation will be based on the quality of the submitted documents.
